Q   Why is it economical to advertise on your giant screens ?
A   Because the cost is shared with 16 other advertisers.


Q   Is the production cost expensive ?
A   No, the production of the advertisement is done in house, by our team of professional graphic artists.


Q   What material do you require ?
A   Just ideas from you on what you want. Our graphic department will turn your ideas into an alive advertisement for you.


Q   What format would you require?
A   Our graphic department can handle most PC formats, but we prefer the material either as a: .gif, .jpeg, .tif, or as an .avi file.


Q   What notice period do you need to load a new advertisement ?

A   We would prefer 3 days, but if necessary we can prepare and upload a new advertisement in 3 hours, depending on the complexity of the advertisement.


Q   Can you assist me in developing an advertisement ?

A   Our Graphics department is available to consult with you at your offices or at our offices.


Q   Can I see the advertisement before it is loaded ?

A   We would be only too happy to show you your advertisement, and if necessary redo any required changes.


Q   How often can I change my advertisement?

A   You can change your advertisement as often as you request. There are normal artwork fees applicable to changes.


Q   Am I restricted to words only ?

A   No, you can display graphics, animation or video.


Q   How often will my advertisement be seen ?

A   It all depends on the contract you sign, We have different time slots that can accommodate any type of budget.


Q   Do your Giant Screens go down ?

A   The only time a screen goes down, is if there is a power failure, or a lightning strike. Should this occur, we have a 24 hour standby service, to ensure the screen is back on line within 2 hours. In extreme circumstances the computer is programmed to add down time to extend the time correspondingly.


Q   Can I have exclusivity ?

A   Exclusivity will only be considered on long term contracts.


Q   How many people will see my advertisement in a day ?

A   250 000 people a day see each individual advertisement flighted on all the ALIVE ADVERTISING Screens.
